North American Van Lines Van Operator of the Year for 2010

Casey has been providing service to North American Van Lines customers for over 23 years. His distinguished career with NAVL includes time as a Direct Lease Owner Operator, a Canadian Cross Border Hauler, and a Committed Long Haul Driver. Casey’s partner in the business and on the road is his wife Beth, with whom he shares credit for his many individual awards and accomplishments. The Kalmas’ consistent results stand as a witness to their dedication and ongoing commitment to providing world-class service to our customers. The 2010 Van Operator of the Year Award is Casey’s fifth. He was also awarded this distinction in 1984, 1985, 2006, & 2008.

The Van Operator of the Year is selected from the twelve Hauler of the Month award winners. North American uses a numerical scoring method to rank the eligible drivers’ results in numerous areas, including highway safety, customer opinion surveys, and cargo handling.

North American Van Lines would also like to recognize and congratulate our Van Operator of the Year finalists. It is an outstanding achievement to reach, and more importantly, to maintain this level of quality and safety performance.
